Bureau Social — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Bureau Social is an internal social-media management tool built and operated by BUREAU TONALLI (SASU, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 911 629 194, 212 rue Saint-Maur, 75010 Paris, France) for its own team’s use. By using Bureau Social, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose

Bureau Social is used exclusively by Bureau Tonalli’s own team members to plan, review, and publish content to social media accounts that Bureau Tonalli owns and administers. It is not offered to the public and does not accept external sign-ups.

3. Acceptable use

Users must comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform (including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok) when publishing content through Bureau Social.

4. Account connections

Users may connect Bureau Tonalli’s own social media accounts to Bureau Social via OAuth. Access tokens are stored securely and used solely to publish content authorized by Bureau Tonalli team members. Any connection can be revoked at any time from within Bureau Social or from the relevant platform’s own account settings.

5. Limitation of liability

Bureau Social is provided as an internal tool without warranty of any kind. BUREAU TONALLI is not liable for content published through connected accounts by its own authorized team members.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the tool or its use evolves. The date above indicates the latest revision.
